Contracts of Employment
As an employer, you must issue a statement of terms and conditions (usually contained in a contract of employment) to all staff on the first day of their employment.

t is important that you get the content of communications with staff right as these will help you to demonstrate that you have followed the correct procedures if things do go wrong as well as promoting a positive workplace culture.
