I’m Laura and I have over 20 years’ experience in HR, the last 14 years of which have been spent working with small and medium sized organisations in many different and fascinating fields. I really enjoy helping business owners to solve their HR headaches and ensuring they do not unwittingly fall foul of employment law.

Having worked with so many different businesses, I am able to quickly understand the particular HR challenges they face and to tailor my support accordingly. I take pride in giving sensible, commercial advice which stems from a sound understanding of your business.

When I do get some free time, I like to unwind by cooking….with a large glass of wine, relaxing with a good book, going for a run or just spending time in the garden.

I’m Andy and have been in HR now for over 20 years’ working for businesses such as Pirelli, Shell, BP and the Co-operative Group before joining Concentric. I like what I do that much, I even teach HR to aspiring HR professionals.

From everything I have experienced professionally, I honestly believe that really good HR is about building relationships, getting out from behind your desk and understanding what makes a business tick.

When I’m not immersed in HR stuff, I’ll watch pretty much any sport, I love running and just being out in the great outdoors.
